The project consist of three cocktails, to be served and tasted directly from the snow. They are plays on things that normally ruin the snow; urine, blood and soot from cars that drive through it. The slightly disturbing visuals are compensated by familiar tastes. Each cocktail comes with a fragrance, piercing through the fresh, winter air for added depth.”
